Chick'n'Sours.
Chick'n'Sours is the brainchild of David Wolanski and Chef Carl Clarke, who gained a reputation for innovative pop-ups. (Think clams on a roof top in Hackney) It's a fine dining fast food restaurant, with killer cocktails. It's had very favourable reviews in the Guardian and Timeout, it's blast to be honest.
The brand has developed over time rather than a upfront fix, it's a mixture of punk and posh that took a little time to work out but it's this mixture of the two that gives it a unique feel. Hand drawn type mixes with elegant serifs, rich blues are punctuated with neon pinks and greens. It reflects the junk food in a genteel setting.
I love working for these guys, they are all over the place in the best possible way.
